Feasibility, safety and short-term efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of early stage cervical cancer and in the treatment of early stage cervical cancer and endometrial carcinoma
Objective To study the effects of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of early cervical cancer, endometrial cancer and the feasibility, safety and efficacy. Methods Select hainan modern womeninfants hospital, hainan medical university the first affiliated hospital, haikou people' hospital, Uterine fibroids treated April 2012~2017 October period(early 61 cases of cervical cancer, 70 cases of endometrial carcinoma) patients as the research object, according to the different surgical treatment of patients divided into two groups, 66 cases were treated with laparoscopic(31 cases of early cervical cancer and endometrial carcinoma in 35 cases). Through the implementation of laparoscopic assisted radical surgery; 65 patients in the laparotomy group(30 cases of early cervical cancer, 35 cases of endometrial carcinoma), take laparotomy radical surgery; postoperative efficacy and complications, and to evaluate the feasibility and safety of the operation. Results The two groups of patients with the same type of tumor disease control research, adopt laparoscopic surgery whether surgery is time-consuming or intraoperative blood loss were significantly lower than that of the conventional Abdominal tumor, statistical results showed significant difference, with statistical significance; and patient recovery, laparoscopic group anal ventilation time was significantly shorter than the laparotomy group, the difference was statistically significant; laparoscopic surgical complication rate was only 7.58%(5/65), laparotomy group of patients with postoperative complications the rate was 27.69%(18/65), comparing the two significant differences was statistically significant. Conclusion Uterine oncology clinical preferred for laparoscopic surgery, has definite therapeutic effect, can help the physician to simplify operation, reduce consumption, reduce the damage brought by surgical intervention, improve the degree of bleeding, with minimally invasive medical the concept of the safety of the treatment should be affirmed.
