After half years hard work from scratch, we got the first workable sample in March, 2016.
As a professional OEM manufacturer, we are focusing on high performance plastic medical devices. And to demonstrate our capability of design, manufacturing, and registration, we selected our first developing device as a most complex trocar with more than 30 components. 
We built up our structure design team, mold design team, quality verification and validation team by developing this device. Almost start from scratch, we developed our first workable sample after hard journey of half years. 
The verification and validation process and long time pilot scaling up process will be followed after we got the first sample.
